You can't use old surveys from 2006-2007. THEY HAVE CHANGED!

Attend one evaluation-related training
One core CTED tool (domain survey, focus group, or key informant interviews) used on at least one program.
You must use WSU SFP evaluation if conducting SFP 10-14 (counts towards core requirement).
Evaluation of any program funded with a substantial amount of CM funds ($10,000 for largest counties; $5,000 for all other counties). Can count towards core requirement if a core CTED tool is used.
Submit copies of evaluation results for any other evaluations on CM-funded programs.
No CM Scorecard this year.
